This is an ongoing group class of 6-12 people that meets in person on Monday evenings 5:30 PM - 7:00; 7:00 PM - 8:30 or Saturday afternoons 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

This is an ongoing group class of 6-12 people that meets Tuesday evenings 6:00 - 7:30 PM on Zoom.

A participant may start on any Monday, Tuesday or Saturday, as long as there is room in the class and they have spoken with the instructor in advance.

 

A certificate is provided upon completion.

 

The class is educational and is not usually covered by health insurance.

​

The cost is $480.00 for a package of 12 classes due at the time you begin, or $50 per class for as many classes as you want or need.
